My approach is centered on meeting you where you are and moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you, without imposing any specific direction or identity. Gender exploration and discovery can feel less overwhelming when supported by a compassionate, patient, and skilled therapist and advocate.
I also offer support to parents and partners of transgender and nonbinary individuals as they navigate their own feelings and understanding of their loved one’s journey. For parents of gender-diverse children and teens, I provide guidance in the decision-making process related to treatment and care, helping you make choices that align with your family’s unique needs.
