What to Expect from Therapy

I offer therapy through telehealth, meaning our sessions will take place online. Learn more about telehealth. I use a HIPAA-compliant platform called Simple Practice to ensure your privacy and comfort. Sessions are between 50 and 55 minutes, and I encourage you to approach them with an open mind, ready to explore and collaborate.

During the initial sessions, I take the time to understand you—your history, support systems, strengths, and the challenges that brought you here. Together, we’ll identify techniques and strategies that align with your unique needs and preferences.

As the client, you have full control over your treatment. My role is to provide guidance, support, and a safe, non-judgmental space for your growth.

Some of the approaches I use include Client-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Client-Centered Therapy

Client-centered therapy is a compassionate, humanistic approach that empowers clients to take the lead in their therapy journey.
